Ahojte, prisiel mi od Celsiusu moznost volit co dalej. Neviem vsetky naslednosti, trochu ma zarazila tato cast:
Treatment A: If Class 7 votes to accept the Plan described herein, each such Holder of an Allowed Withhold Claim shall receive (a)a distribution of Cryptocurrency equal to 15% of the value of such Holder’s Withhold Distribution Claim, calculated in accordance with the Conversion Procedure (as defined and described in the Disclosure Statement), and (b)the remaining 85% of the value of such Holder’s Allowed Withhold Distribution Claim shall be satisfied with a Pro Rata share of the Unsecured Claim Distribution Consideration (i.e.,Liquid Cryptocurrency, Litigation Proceeds, and NewCo Common Stock).

Pro mě, jelikož spadám do convenience class (částky mezi 10 - 5000 USD), tak jsem měl tyto možnosti:
Souhlas s plánem - ANO x NE (i pokud bych dal NE a plán byl přijat, tak budu vyplacen)
Souhlas s třídou, resp. že nebudu napadat skutečnost, že spadám do convenience class (nárok se násobí 1,05)
Souhlas s uvolněním nároků třetích stran a převod případných nároků z vypořádání na společného litigátora (píšu to laicky, ale v opačném případě byste si to museli hlídat sami).

Samotný zůstatek se vypočítá podle tabulky k určitému dni. BTC je tam okolo současné hodnoty, stablecoiny jsou 1:1. Z toho se vezme 70%, které budou vyplaceny (+ *1,05, viz výše).

Kdo měl půjčku nebo vyšší zůstatek, postupuje podle jiného scénáře a zpravidla volí, zda chce více likvidního krypta nebo větší podíl v nově založené společnosti, která bude provozovat těžbu.
